Want to return an item/s?
Is it not quite what you expected? Is it unsuitable? No problem!
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
You have 14 days from the date you receive order to return for a refund or exchange.
We politely ask you to ensure products are returned in their original condition with the packaging they arrived in and very importantly labels still attached. Should we receive items that are damaged or soiled they will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Please make sure footwear is tried on an indoor clean floor surface. Also if you are sending back footwear, the box must be protected. The footwear needs to be sold on in a presentable box subsequentaly.
Earrings are not to be returned unless faulty
How to send back
Ensure you are sending within the 14 day time window.
Put items back in suitable and protective packaging.
Please state who you are, contact details and whether you would like to swap the size, generally exchange or require a refund. Please state these details even if you have sent an email, direct message on one of the social media channels or spoken to us over the telephone. It will speed up the process for both parties.
Once we have your items and everything is satisfactory we will proceed with the exchange or refund.
Christmas Returns
Orders placed from 25th November intended for Christmas gifts can be returned up to 8th January.
Return postage is at your cost.
