For this shopper style bag, we have used a recycled nylon cord rather than traditional jute as this is softer for the artisans to make each and every knot detail.

We work with an amazing co-op close to Delhi where the predominantly female weavers can continue to work whilst raising their families, where we can ensure that all of the artisans we work with have a safe working environment, that they are treated with respect and are paid a fair wage for their incredible craftsmanship.

Using the softer recycled nylon cord also makes it easier to fold this macrame shopper to give you the prettiest re-usable bag for your shopping.
